Minds dispute over the center of man's administration. Each claims that he, alone, is the owner of precedence in creating this administration.
Some turn to the East and say that no one can run this administration but workers because the activity of the hand produces the reality of the intellect.
Others turn to the West and say that no one can do that but the owners of wealth, because only wealth is the motive of every activity, and because the rich possessor of wealth moves the machine and moves the one who runs the machine as well.

Others support the owners of intellects claiming that only the agreement of intellects will make man be able to run administration even if these intellects get astray from man's nature and his natural disposition.
The democracy of concordance is the result of all these even if they produce admission of sexual abnormality or an aggressive war.
In spite of the above mentioned, all agree that Islam is banned to run administration.
Why?
Have they known Islam?
Does enmity towards Islam exist because Islam consists of all that they demand in addition to the lights of guidance?
Is not Islam the religion that joins minds in the system of consultation, values work and workers, and takes into consideration wealth and its owners, in addition to its including the concepts of justice, equality, mercy and human joint responsibility?
Was not Islam the system that included the Judaism of the Jews, and the secularism of the hypocrites in the city of the Messenger (PBUH)?
Islam is comprehensive, not aggressive.
When are they going to understand this fact?
When will their minds get out of the chain of fanaticism and whims?
